Step 5 - Close the Deal

Once your lead knows you well, likes you, and trusts you; you’ve helped them along the path to home ownership. Now’s the time to get the paperwork signed. If you’ve followed the first 4 steps correctly, this step actually becomes the easiest. Who doesn’t want to buy from someone they like and trust?
